다른 회사를 통해 등록된 euroland.biz 에 대해서 STOP 과정에 들어간것 같아요. 상표권이 있다고 주장하는 회사의 대리인 으로 부터 다음의 메일을 받았습니다.
제가 여기에 대해 답변을 해도 되나요?
저의 판단으로는 euroland 라는 단어는 유럽통합이후 전반적으로 사용되는 용어이구 검색에서 찾아봐도 회사와 상관있는 내용이 눈에 띄는게 없거든요.

Registration of "euroland.biz" in the name of RGnames
prior trademark rights and IP-claim of EUROLAND Projektierungen GmbH, Germany
Dear Madam and Sirs:
We would like to notify you that we advise and represent the German company EUROLAND Projektierungen GmbH, Hamburg, Germany and their managing director Ulrich Menten in all trademark-related matters on an ongoing basis. Our clients have asked us to communicate the following to you:
Our clients are doing business in Germany and other European countries under "EUROLAND" in the area of real estate services. Next to it trade name rights for "EUROLAND", our client Ulrich Menten is also the proprietor of the German trademark no. 398 46 710 and the international registration no. 781 422 "EUROLAND" which extends the scope of protection to Switzerland, China, Latvia, Russia, Estonia and Lithuania. Moreover, our client owns a CTM-application no. 969 980 "EUROLAND". As enclosure 1, we are submitting computer excerpts of these three trademarks.
You will appreciate that the Internet serves as a media tool of growing importance. Therefore, our clients are interested to assure that their potential customers reach EUROLAND Projektierungen GmbH over the Internet in the best possible manner.
In consequence, our clients applied for "euroland.biz" in due time and also filed a so-called "IP-claim", referring to its numerous trademark rights. Nevertheless, "euroland.biz" was registered for your company in the meantime. As IP-claims had been filed, your domain "euroland.biz" is currently on hold.
The purpose of this letter is to inquire about your intentions concerning "euroland.biz" and to acquire information why RGnames feels eligible to register for this domain. As you know, the new generic top-level-domain ".biz" was invented in order to assure that companies can be reached over the Internet under their trade names. Taking the information about your company available under "rgnames.com" into consideration, we believe that your main course of business is that of an Internet service provider while we see no connection to "Euroland".
We are looking forward to your response concerning the above-mentioned questions at your earliest convenience, particularly whether RGnames is willing to transfer "euroland.biz" to our client.
